".. you make choices and you dont look back."

for everyone

..On March 02, 2008, about 1:30 P.M., he was assited by Mr. Richard Mirasol, the previous gas attendant, about the process of releasing the fuel, oil and lubricants. Mr. Mirasol noticed that there are spills of gasoline around the floor near the drums. They checked which drum has a leak and after they confained which is which, they thought of transffering the gas in the drum but all the dasoline containers are full. The next day, March 03, 2008, as soon as he arrived at the GCM area, he immediately informed Mr. Ronnie Espeleta about the incident. They immediatley transferred the contents of the drum that has a leak on the empty containers which had been used in the fuel issuance that morning. After tehy'd transferred the gasoline, they measured the volume and they were short by 18 liters.

..On March 22, 2008, 7:30 AM, after a fuel issuance. he was driving the E-Z-GO golf cart #7 back to the GCM Storeroom office. He decided to park the cart facing back the office so he can attend the next request much faster. Slowly, he parked the cart until he heard a sound. Mr. Michael Guillermo, co-contractual employee, said that the cart bumped to the pot located near the office' door. The pot was accidentally cracked and broke. Immediately, they put the broken pot to a sack and  replaced it with another ornament. Then, he transferred the plant in the broken pot to another pot which was not being used as Chief Mechanic, Raul Piojo, said. The plant in its new pot was still in the GCM area and the broken pot was left beside of it.

..On March 26, 2008, about 2:30 PM, he was attending a fuel request for the GM3259 #1 equipment, operated by Mr. Joey Canaynay, an Asia-Pro employee. As usual, he prepared the diesel' release handle and opened the equipment's tank cap. Upon reaching 1.2 liters of diesel, the tank already filled up and he informed at once the guard on duty, Mr. Sony Fernando, which was busy monitoring the diesel meter reading that time. Mr. Fernando was shocked and said that he filled up the wrong tank. The guard then called Mr. Canaynay, which was just in front of the equipment and talking to to his co-operator. Mr. Canaynay upon seeing the incident, informed immediately the GCM mechanics. Mr. Jinky Aya-ay and Mr. Jarlen Mallen, both Asia-Pro mechanic, went to the area and immediately drained the hydraulic oil tank. They then replaced the 20 liters of drained oil with 19 liters of new oil. He then issued the requested 6 liters and the equipment left the area. He had opened the cap for the hydraulic oil, the one he'd saw first, instead of the cap for the diesel tank, the cap which is just beside and the same color as the previous one. The 20 liters of hydraulic oil (drained) was still in the fuel room and the 19 liters of hydraulic oil (replacement) had already an MIS (#15440).

All he can say about the incidents: "THAT's LIFE" and definitely,he LEARNED A LOT from that..
